Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) Collection - Week 3 & 4

RAT test kits for Week 3 and Week 4 will be available for distribution and collection this Thursday February 10 and Friday February 11.

You will receive a minimum of 4 tests per child. Once these have been used, we will give RATs in boxes of 7 tests. This is how they have been delivered to us.

You can either collect the tests at the Illaroo Road entrance between 8:30am-9:00am Thursday or Friday or alternatively your child can be given the RAT tests to take home in their bag this Friday February 11.

PLEASE NOTE: Your child will not be given the box of tests unless you indicate that choice on this form.

IN THE CASE OF SPLIT FAMILIES: RAT tests are for our students and where they spend time in different homes through a week, the RAT tests should go with them.
